in parallel with 140 Grinders [empty coated buhr mills]
in which 60 Grinders are at 36" dia and 80 grinders
are at 26" dia. Magnets are arranged in necessary places.

5 units can produce 445 Kilos of Mixture of Dehusked Materials
per hour. |
HUSK
CLEANING |

blowing, 10 Blowers are fixed, we can clean about 300 Kilos
per hour. |

Flash arranged and Screens / Downward chains are placed
in windows and doors. Extra care being taken for Hygienic
Mixing and Packing.

PLANT |
In
our pneumatic Powder Plant, we can produce about 20M. Tons
per day Particle size 40 Mesh to 100 Mesh.

| FUMIGATION
|
We
have our own Fumigation Chamber built as per the Specification
and instruction guided by PROCTOR
& GAMBLE COMPANY, USA where we can treat
20 Tons of 95% Husk or Seeds.

| HYGIENIC
CONDITION |
We
take extra care on plant hygienic condition. Weekly / Fortnightly
cleaning, prescribed Inner / Outer Spraying, Fogging, Rodent
Trap Placing etc. are usual followed and the records are
being maintained in logbooks. Our fumigation agent Excellent
Pest Control are guide us time to time.

| FLUID
BED DRYER |
We
have installed the FLUID BED DRYER for moisture control
and, are able to supply the materials (Powder) below 6%
moisture level for any grade. |
